Terms & Policies

Please review the reservation, cancellation, facilities and medical policies that apply to Neuro New Me training activities.

1. Reservation Policies

Access to the training activities provided by Neuro New Me is requested by sending an email expressing the intention to register, as indicated on the website.

Registration is confirmed by Neuro New Me by reply email, after receiving the participant's message and proof of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Neuro New Me may change the venue, location and/or schedule of a training activity whenever necessary due to force majeure, provided that this does not prevent the stated objectives from being achieved. Any changes will be communicated to all registered participants as early as possible.

Neuro New Me will endeavour to hold training activities on the announced dates but may make changes due to force majeure. All changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

If a training activity is interrupted for reasons that are the exclusive responsibility of Neuro New Me, a new date will be scheduled.

If a training activity does not reach the minimum number of participants by its start date, it will be rescheduled.

The amount and payment terms applicable to each training activity are stated in its promotional material. Payment must be completed before the training begins, and the corresponding proof of payment sent to [email protected].

Payments may be made through the website or by bank transfer using the bank details provided by Neuro New Me.

Students must ensure that they are able to attend a course before enrolling and should only pay a deposit once they are certain that they can attend. Neuro New Me coordinates courses, study groups, exam preparation, course manuals, hotels, transfers and agreements with several entities in order to provide the best possible training experience.

Payments for courses cancelled by students are non-refundable. Students may transfer their attendance to another edition of the same intended course taking place no later than one calendar year after the original edition.

3. Facilities

The dates, venues and schedules of training activities are stated in the promotional material for each activity.

4. Medical Concerns

A participant who is unable to attend a training activity may be replaced by another participant, provided that the replacement meets the requirements indicated for attending that activity.
